Travis Arbogast is a 20-plus year development executive focusing on private clubs, golf, leisure, mixed-use entertainment, and sports related ventures.

Travis has been involved in over $1 Billion dollars of real estate capital improvements, acquisitions, and development.

He started Travis West Development after decades of experience, developing projects domestically coast to coast. Travis has collaborated with dozens of world-class companies in the golf, resort, sports, and entertainment sectors. Travis West Development’s roster of clients is comprised of large Golf portfolio Owner/Operators, Member-Equity-Owned clubs, and Private Equity owned portfolio companies.

Travis is a graduate of The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania where he concentrated in Finance & Multinational Management. He also played Varsity Baseball & Football for The University of Pennsylvania.

Dallas, TX

For over seven years Travis was the Vice President of Development & Capital Projects for CLUBCORP in their country club and city club Development division. During this time, he was involved with over $400 Million in private club and leisure investments.

Travis played an integral role in the company’s Reinvention initiative geared at repositioning golf and hospitality-based assets. This campaign increased club relevancy, utilization, and profitability. The empirical financial success played a large role in the company’s Initial Public Offering.

Olympia Development

Detroit, MI

Travis was the Vice President of Development, he led the real estate platform for the ownership group of the MLB Detroit Tigers and NHL Detroit Red Wings professional sports franchises. Travis was responsible for real estate development, planning, and operational initiatives for The District Detroit, a 385-acre, 50 city block sports & entertainment project.

Travis worked as Vice President of Development for over six years with House of Blues Entertainment, structuring live music and entertainment venue transactions. He completed $160 million of high-end House of Blues music/entertainment venues that included high density mixed-use, urbanscape, hospitality, and casino-based projects.
